  • Dr. Horodyski completed graduate studies in Applied Physiology, receiving her doctorate from Columbia University and has over 20 years of experience in athletic training and exercise physiology. Currently Dr. Horodyski is the Director of Research for the UF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.

  • Mike is a graduate of the Loma Linda University Occupational Therapy Program. He completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at Stanford University Hospital in 1996 and went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration. He is a Certified Hand Therapist and a clinical/educational coordinator of the UF Health Hand and Upper Extremity Center.

    Dr. Hagen was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and has received her training all across the USA and Europe. She recently moved to Gainesville with her husband Charles H. Chesnut IV MD to begin her career as an orthopedic traumatologist. She is interested in treating patients with fractures of their extremities and pelvis, teaching residents and fellows, and research.

    Dr. Thomas W. Wright obtained his MD degree from the University of Florida in 1983. He completed his Orthopaedic Residency from the University of Florida in 1989. Dr. Wright was given an Appointment as a Clinical Instructor with the University of Florida from 1988-1989. He completed his Hand Fellowship training in 1990 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr.

    Andre Spiguel, MD, earned his medical degree at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine in 2006 before going on to complete his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Chicago Medical Center and his fellowships in Musculoskeletal Oncology and Orthopaedic Trauma at the University of Chicago Medical Center and Washington University respectively.
