About Meredith Waln
Meredith serves as an Athletic Trainer at UF Health Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute. In addition to working with the sports medicine physicians in the clinic, she serves as the Head Athletic Trainer for Bronson Middle/High School and Cedar Key High School. Meredith earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in 2015. While at FGCU she had clinical rotations with FGCU women’s basketball team, men’s/women’s tennis team, and secondary high schools.
Meredith has worked in physical therapy and high school outreach setting for 9+ years in North and South Florida. She is a certified M1 and M2 Graston Technician, Blood Flow Restriction certified, and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association. In her down time, she enjoys exploring outdoors, hiking, and being creative.
