About Sherina Idnani
Sherina Idnani is an Athletic Training Resident with the University of Florida Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine while pursuing her Doctor of Athletic Training degree at the University of Florida with a concentration in Manual Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from the University of Miami in 2021 and her Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from the University of Miami in 2023. While pursuing her degrees, she had a multitude of experience with multiple Hurricanes teams, like women’s basketball and football, and in a variety of chiropractic and physical therapy clinics while also publishing clinical research as a research assistant.
Following school as a certified athletic trainer, Sherina has most recently worked with Brooklyn FC and the Staten Island FerryHawks covering professional men’s soccer and professional baseball.
Sherina is a Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer and is licensed to practice athletic training in both Florida and New York. Sherina is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). When she is not caring for patients, Sherina enjoys DJing, scuba diving, and hanging out with her dog, Duke.
