This year's Poster Printing submission deadline is:
Saturday, February 10^th, 2024 @ 12:00pm EST.

Scientia Solutions Group is proud to offer poster printing services for the UF College of Medicine Celebration of Research.  Poster printing features/details include:

• Poster prints cost a $60 flat fee (+tax if applicable) and include:
  • Poster printed on Semi-Gloss paper
  • Cardboard transport tube
  • Delivery of poster/tube to your assigned poster board at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center
• You are responsible for hanging and removing your poster at the event
• Accepted Payment methods include:
  • UF Chartfield
    • Contact your fiscal department for more information
  • Credit Card
• You can locate your Poster # in the mobile app for the event

Poster Submission Guidelines

All posters submitted for printing must meet the following requirements:

Poster Dimensions:
While we can accommodate many different poster sizes, the largest dimension of one side of your submitted poster cannot exceed 42" (42 inches).  For example - we cannot print a poster size of 46" x 56", but we could print 42" x 56", 42" x 60", or 48" x 36".

File-types and Upload Size
Uploaded files must not exceed 22MB in size.  If your poster meets/exceeds this file-size limit, you may submit a PowerPoint or PDF file that contains a shared link from Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive.

We accept the following file-types for your poster submission:

• PowerPoint (.pptx)
• PDF

Your PPT or PDF page size dimensions should match the print size dimensions wherever possible.  This reduces the chance of any distortion of your poster's images, graphs, and text when it is printed.
