How to Obtain Computer Support

The fastest and best way to get computer support is to simply send an e-mail to helpdesk@ortho.ufl.edu - please be sure to include a thorough description of any problem you are having.  Your e-mail will quickly be distributed to our entire Information Services Support Team.

Work orders entered through our helpdesk e-mail will always have priority over phone calls or conversations in the hallway. We receive a work order notice from all e-mails so high priority or work stoppage problems will still be seen and resolved as quickly as possible. This will also prevent any delays from e-mailing an individual member of our team directly or leaving a phone message for one of us who is out of the office for the day or on vacation since we all see the work orders come into our helpdesk system.
