About Caitlyn Richter
Caitlyn Richter joined UF Health Orthopedics in 2016 and currently serves as the Athletic Training School Safety and Social Media Coordinator. She spends part of her time working as a clinical athletic trainer in the Orthopedics Sports Surgery clinics. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as a supervising athletic trainer to the high school resident athletic trainers at Newberry, Columbia, Eastside and St Francis Catholic High Schools.
Caitlyn grew up in Wisconsin and received her Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Trainer from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2014 and her Master's of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a Concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Florida in 2016. During her time at the University of Florida, Caitlyn served as the head athletic trainer at Fort White HS and Gainesville HS.
Caitlyn is certified by the BOC, licensed by the State of Florida and a current BLS instructor for the American Heart Association. She is a member of the Athletic Training Association of Florida, Southeast Athletic Trainers Association, and National Athletic Trainers Association.
