About Megan Fox
Megan is working as an Outreach Athletic Trainer with the UF Health Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute while pursuing her Doctorate in Athletic Training with a concentration in Orthopedics at the University of Florida. Previously, Megan was working as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Alabama State University where she assisted in the development of a full-time Sports Medicine Department. Her primary sports were Women's Soccer and Softball.
She is a graduate of The University of South Florida where she earned her BS in Health Sciences with a minor in Nutrition in 2019 as well as a Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2022. Megan received several awards from both the athletic training program and USF Health for service and advocation for the Athletic Training profession. She is also a NASM certified Personal Trainer and has various other certifications to better serve her athletes including Mental Health First Aid.
Megan is BOC Certified, licensed in the state of Alabama and Florida and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association.
Megan was born and raised in The Bahamas. She enjoys hanging out with her dog Onyx, reading and scuba diving.
