Zeni reviewed my chart prior to the visit and had a solution in place when she entered my exam room. Not a wait and let me see if we can do something for the issue you are dealing with, but we are going to try this, and if it doesn't work, we will do this. That meant a lot.

Dr. Freeman was very kind and listened patiently and trying to understand me even I am not a native English speaker. She also conducted a thorough examination by having me lie down to check the pain in different positions, rather than just relying on conversation.

She was very nice and tried very hard to figure out what was wrong with my knee. I don’t think she knew exactly what was wrong or the best thing to do for it. She ordered a walker for me after I had told her that I couldn’t put any weight on my right foot. I really need a wheelchair.

Zeni was great! She reviewed the cause of my injury, did a physical assessment, and compared new xrays to older ones. She allayed the concerns that I had regarding any possibility that there was a more serious issue from my fall. I felt heard and understood.
