She was nice, but didn’t want to listen to my explanation of my injury. I felt I was being led to you have carpal tunnel and will probably need surgery when I didn’t have carpal tunnel before I strained my hand. I was trying to make them understand this was an isolated incident with my finger and hand, but kept being told it was probably carpal tunnel. I just didn’t feel like I was listening to.

Employees act as if they are the only staff member you should interact with and anything done by another staff member is of no concern to them. Increased attempts to find anyone who can bring this information together and give me straight answers will be appreciated.
