Kendall greeted my husband and I with a smile and concern for my injury. She explained to us, in terms we could understand, what was going on and what to possibly expect. Every appointment (3) was the same - loved her. She made my scary experience a little less overwhelming.

Kendal took her time to listen and understand. She also clearly looked at her notes beforehand OR remembered important, but easily overlooked, details from my past medical history. She offered courses of therapy while respecting my choices (just not QUITE ready for surgery, yet). My wife was with me and after we left, my wife remarked how much she liked and respected Kendal. Very good professional!
