He's very knowledgeable and made my experience very easy for me. I had great anxiety about getting those shots in my knee because that other facilities it was very painful for me. But, here I didn't feel one thing. So he made it an excellent experience for me. He was also very reassuring.

Dr Altman did not make me feel nervous or anxious. He explains procedures very clearly and what I could and might not benefit from this treatment. He also explained that there are other procedures available if this first one doesn't work as expected.

I don't know if others would get the same treatment Because it depends on the number of people seeking treatment. This had the smallest number in this latter category, and therefore my visit was a breeze for which I am grateful. However, that's not the history I've had with the unit.

Very good listener..even to my son's lengthy explanation. The child can talk a lot. Extremely knowledgeable about knees and he was very keen on getting the MRI done as a follow up to a more in-depth look at what was going. My son said he really liked talking with him.
