About David Hagan

Orthopaedics Resident - Class of 2024

Born in the USA but spending ten years of my childhood in China, I have a global mindset and the flexibility to adapt to each new situation. I enjoy looking at things from a systems perspective, whether it is an organization or the human musculoskeletal system. I am passionate about orthopedic patient care and surgical management as well as athletic endeavors. I enjoy staying active, traveling, and spending time with family.

  • Completion of AO - Trauma Basic and AANA - Foundations in Arthroscopy Courses
  • Worked in engineering product development prior to medical training
    • Earned certifications in Machining Fundamentals and Root Cause Analysis
  • Participated in medical missions to Brazil and Kenya
