Dr. Joshua Reside joins UF Orthopaedics

Gainesville, FL - UF Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Joshua Reside to its esteemed team of orthopaedic specialists. Dr. Reside joins UF Ortho with a commitment to advancing patient care in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine, bringing a wealth of expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.

Dr. Reside specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of orthopaedic and sports-related injuries including joint, ligament and tendon issues of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. His patient-centered approach emphasizes both surgical and non-surgical treatment options to ensure the best outcomes for each individual. Dr. Reside’s extensive training and experience make him a valuable asset to UF Ortho as it continues to expand its cutting-edge services in orthopaedics and sports medicine.

Dr. Reside earned his medical degree from University of Florida and completed his orthopaedic residency at West Virginia University. He further honed his skills with a fellowship in sports medicine at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center & Tulane Institute of Sports Medicine, focusing on advanced techniques in sports medicine. Dr. Reside is committed to helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury and return to the activities they love.

As part of UF Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine, Dr. Reside will be seeing patients at the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine – World Equestrian Center, in Ocala, Florida.
