The UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute will be providing Free Pre-Participation / Sports Physicals to all youth, high school, and Pop Warner students that will be participating in athletics for the 2023-2024 school year.
Visit the 2nd Floor of the UF Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute on April 26th, 2023 from 7pm-9pm.
