The PA I saw was amazing! He explained my knee injury to me in a way my brain could understand what the medical jargon meant. He knew I was trying g to go back into the academy but because of my injury made a little treatment plan the sane day they saw me with a follow up. Also put me in a brace that will allow the fracture to heal. But he absolutely took everything I said into consideration and helped me immensely to figure out what the injury was to begin with. Why I wasn't able to return to training and explained in detail what could happen, so not only did he help me from injuring myself more but he made sure to be clear about what I needed to do in order to heal properly and was just so nice. Usually it's kinda awkward when meeting with a whole new Dr and when I tell you I'm control freak & fully loaded with anxiety, they calmed it all that day.

We didn't have to wait very long before getting seen, they were clear and thorough as they assessed my son's injury and he also gave us exercises for my son to do at home to encourage the healing process.

Hi Dr. Kelly! I had a calf strain over the weekend and I wanted it checked out to be sure it was not serious because I was limping with some pain. This doctor took the time to look at the x-rays and evaluate my knee but his specialty was knees and I had recent ankle surgery and he didn't really care about the ankle or the wound I sustained from the fall on the other leg

Since I was very nervous about this appointment, my daughter participated via phone from CT for me. I was concerned I world forget to either tell Troy all the critical information or ask him important questions . Troy totally understood and welcomed her into the conversation. Given her medical background, she understood specifics & interacted with Troy on a level I couldn't.

Troy, has been so nice. He listens to me and talks back to me. Some look over your head or treat you like you are deaf because you happen to have gray hair. In fact, he was the first to finally listen to me and help me get an MRI. I am very grateful. Would recommend him to anybody. Thank you Troy.
