William F. Enneking, MD, the founder and former chair of the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 17, 2014.
Generations of orthopedic surgeons have been guided by his wisdom and warmth. He was a superb physician, educator and mentor. He will be fondly remembered and missed by all.
A memorial service for Dr. Enneking will be held at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Gainesville at 1pm.
A Celebration of Life honoring Dr. Enneking will be held at the UF Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine Institute at 2:30pm.
