Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Recognize the principles of the Reconstructive ladder/elevator
- Identify soft tissue injuries amenable to primary closure with adjuncts
- Identify soft tissue injuries amenable to local rotational flap coverage
- Apply the principles of rotational flaps of the lower extremity
