The ASES Foundation is committed to improving shoulder and elbow care and surgical procedures through education and research. These initiatives are highlighted in the foundation’s annual National Shoulder & Elbow Week. Created in 2021, National Shoulder & Elbow Week serves as an opportunity to increase awareness nationally and especially in local communities about the impact that shoulder and elbow health care has on our society. It provides fellowship among local leaders, surgeons, patients, and industry partners to learn about the latest advancements in shoulder and elbow care.
One of this year's events will be held in Central Florida on May 16, 2025 from 5pm - 9:30pm. This year's academic presentations will include:
- New Tech in Shoulder Arthroplasty (10-15 min)
Ben Service, MD - Artificial Intelligence (10-15 min)
Brad Schoch, MD - Rotator Cuff Augmentation (10-15 min)

A call for abstract submissions for clinical or basic science research in shoulder or elbow surgery. Accepted abstracts will be showcased electronically at the meeting with prizes going to the top 3 posters - sponsored by the Florida Orthopaedic Society.
