The UF Sports Performance Center proudly hosted the Thompson Brothers Lacrosse Program on August 12, 2014. Miles, Lyle, Jeremy and Jerome Thompson, Bill O'Brien and Hunter Hemlock all participated in lacrosse throwing analysis and other measures to help the scientists better understand the mechanics of this growing sport.  Players represented national, professional and collegiate lacrosse programs (Rochester Rattlers, Iroquois Nationals, Albany Great Danes).

Congratulations to Aimee Struk, MEd, MBA, ATC, for being chosen to participate in the 2014-15 class of the University of Florida Leadership Academy.  Fifteen 15 participants were selected based on a competitive application process.

The goal of the Academy is to develop emerging leaders at the University of Florida by increasing participants' knowledge about the University of Florida and exploring what great leadership looks like at UF.

PhD student Laura Ann Zdziarski, ATC, (mentors Drs.
