Finance and Budgeting

Compensation Plan
Create a comprehensive compensation plan for faculty comprised of salary and incentive pay.
Productivity
Develop and analyze physician productivity through charges and net collections for the fiscal year.

Operations and Strategy

Balanced Scorecards
Present areas of opportunity based on various key performance indicators (KPIs).
Strategic Planning
Work in collaboration with the leadership team to develop a 5 year strategic plan both at the administrative and departmental level.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Diversity Council
Partake in diversity council efforts to implement initiatives that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine.
Departmental Graphics
Create graphics to invite members of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine to observe holidays and partake in different forms of celebration.
