On this page you will find information on the UF Department of Orthopaedics Information Services division. We are responsible for maintaining the department's computer and IT resources. For solutions to common problem, please consider reviewing our IT Tutorials.

How to Obtain Computer Support

The best and fastest way to get computer support is to use our Track-It HelpDesk system. Simply send an e-mail to helpdesk@ortho.ufl.edu, and your support request instantly reaches our Support Team. Please include a thorough description of any problem you are having.

Work orders entered through Track-It will always have priority over phone calls or conversations in the hallway. We receive an e-mail and a page on all new work orders so high priority or work stoppage problems will still be seen and resolved as quickly as possible. This will also prevent any delays from e-mailing or leaving a phone message for one of us who is out of the office for the day or on vacation since we all see the work orders come in to Track-It.
