Philanthropy is the crucial link between current and future scientific breakthroughs and new treatments. Private giving adds to the momentum of discovery and helps UF researchers find new ways to lessen or eliminate the pain of orthopaedic disorders and to reverse their disabling consequences.

Gifts and pledges for the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at the University of Florida strengthen all patient care, research and educational activities. They may be designated for the critical endowments that support key investigators, clinicians, graduate fellows and residents or for equipment and facilities support. Major gifts for buildings and endowments are eligible for State of Florida matching gift support, thereby increasing the impact contributions can make. Endowment gifts are also eligible for naming opportunities within the facility.
