Wright obtained his MD degree from the University of Florida in 1983. He completed his Orthopaedic Residency from the University of Florida in 1989. Dr. Wright was given an Appointment as a Clinical Instructor with the University of Florida from 1988-1989. He completed his Hand Fellowship training in 1990 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Wright is ABOS certified and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications for Surgery of the Hand.
