Drs. Kevin and Heather Vincent receive the Scott F. Nadler Research Award.

Congratulations to Dr. Kevin Vincent, MD, PhD, and Dr. Heather Vincent, PhD, who have been selected to receive the 2009 Scott F. Nadler PASSOR Musculoskeletal Research and Education Award, for their outstanding proposal: "An Exploratory Study of Resistance Exercise Prehabilitation Effects on Physical Functions, Psychosocial Distress and Quality of Life Outcomes in Patients Undergoing Treatment of Soft Tissue Sarcoma."

The Foundation for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will present the Drs. Vincent with an award and a check for $10,000.00 at the AAPM&R Annual Assembly Meeting in Austin, Texas during October 22^nd-25^th, 2009.
